During our stay at Grand Plaza Hotel, we found the strategic location to be a major plus. It was within walking distance to various amenities like 7 Eleven, Watson, and eateries. The hotel is also near the popular Lee Garden Plaza Hotel, which attracted a lot of people during weekends. We were pleased with the convenience it offered. Additionally, the hotel staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. We also appreciated the fact that we were able to book a taxi to the airport through the front desk, and the taxi was promptly waiting for us in the lobby.

Our stay was fantastic. The hotel had a great location close to everything you need, including halal restaurants and the bustling night market. The city centre was just a stone's throw away. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. The bathroom was immaculately clean, and the service was exceptional. Breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were top-notch, including a luxurious pool and gym.
The hotel amenities were a bit outdated and could use some sprucing up.

The hotel had a great location close to all the action and offered basic amenities like a functioning mini bar and flat screen TV. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with one employee going out of their way to help find local spots to eat. Plus, the price was very reasonable for the value.
The property seemed outdated and some areas, like the carpets, needed to be renovated. the staff's English was limited, and some had difficulty understanding or communicating, which led to some confusion and delays at check-out.

The hotel has a fantastic location, with easy access to the night market where you can enjoy mouth-watering food. It is conveniently across the street from a shopping mall which makes shopping a breeze. the room was clean, and I loved the comfy bed, which ensured that I had a great night's sleep.
The swimming pool was a disappointment; it was dirty and not usable, which was disappointing since I enjoy swimming.
